Mini Ninja

A tribute to my cat Mini Ninja, aka "Mini" (link to an image of her mother Ninja [link]. Quite possibly my greatest friend. Today would be her first birthday, but unfortunately on May 10th she died. Wherever I was, she was there with me: feeding the horses, milking cows, wandering out 1/4 of a mile out to get the cows you name it. Plus she loved rides on the RTV and tractor. In a way, she had more of a human quality about her personality. Whenever I'd work on my book, she would sit on my lap or get in the way and type her own sentences out (lol), but most of all, I would read what I had written to her and she'd look up and reply in her squeaky, tiny meow like she was approving what I had written. I haven't written since....

She was born with five other siblings (in order), Tough Guy, Peanut, Battie, Mini, Socks and Timmy. Tough Guy and Peanut both went to new homes last September, whereas Battie, Mini, Socks and Timmy all remained with me.

In the picture is says:

"Who knew someone so small
could have such a big heart
and leave something much bigger behind."

Which is true for me. I was completely devastated when I found her, and I'm still not quite over it, which is the reason for my absence on dA and Skype.
